Job Post: Project Team Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or N2 certificate

  • Qualified Artisan / Civil engineering in construction

  • Gas testing and Flameproof certificates

  • Driver’s License

Experience:

  • 5 years in construction

  • 5 years in supervisory position

  • Project Management will be advantageous

Skills and abilities:

  • Computer literacy

  • Communication skills

  • Leadership skills

  • Willing to work overtime and stand-by duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and run projects in his or her area of responsibility to ensure that targets can be met safely

  • Control budget of project

  • Do inspections as required

  • Train and develop employees under his or her supervision

  • Maintain or improve housekeeping and safety records

  • Ensure all required documents and files are submitted and updated as required

  • Do time keeping and keep overtime in control for employees under his or her supervision
