Kusipongo Project

Kangra seeks to expand into new mining areas seamlessly through the Kusipongo resource, which has approximately 41.9 million tons of reserves. The Kusipongo resource presents a valuable opportunity to significantly prolong the mine's lifespan. Kangra implemented the development of two additional shafts, Udumo and Balgarthan A, to tap into these reserves, with plans for a potential third shaft in the future.

The strategic design of the Belgarthen A shaft ensures Kangra's ability to maintain production levels and profitability even in challenging market conditions. Moreover, this shaft will later facilitate access to the T4 project, further expanding the scope of the mining operation.
